About the role

This role is a permanent, full-time position.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday

The pay rate for this role is £10.87 per hour, 40 hours per week, with overtime available.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor.

What will I be doing as a Team Leader?

  • Maintaining control over operations and smooth efficiency of the Production Facility.
  • Input of information to H&S database and complete safety investigations.
  • Processing orders for equipment and resources as necessary for operations.
  • Arranging staffing levels appropriately and identifying areas for continuous operational and budgetary improvements.
  • Staff training.
  • Holding disciplinary meetings and conducting investigations.
  • Controlling outgoing stock movements.

What are the requirments?

  • Previous experience in a leadership role and able to demonstrate through previous work experience.
  • Previous factory experience would be beneficial, along with knowledge of fixed and mobile plant operations.  
  • Able to demonstrate through previous work experience, knowledge in health and safety with specific reference to proactive H&S management.
  • Experience working directly with a Customer including attending, facilitating and contributing to meetings.
  • IT literacy is essential and excellent time management skills are required.
