Experienced Business Intelligence Developer and Administrator ?

Cognos 11 / Cognos 10, Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, Event Studio, Metric Studio, Framework Manager,  Cognos Powerplay, Transformer, SSIS, SQL Server.

Introduction to the role 

SUEZ uses Cognos as a business intelligence tool for reporting and analysis of information across the organisation.. This role is within an expanding team to continue to develop this technology delivering business value to SUEZ in the UK.

Business Intelligence developer & Administrator role is based in Maidenhead and have some ability to travel.

As a Business Intelligence developer & Administrator at SUEZ, recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established recycling and recovery company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.


What will I be doing as a Business Intelligence Developer & Administrator?

The Business Intelligence developer & Administrator is responsible for understanding how SUEZ UK solution and will develop the environment to meet the goals of the business. The role will report to Business Intelligence Architect and work closely with the Business Intelligence Team in designing, developing and supporting BI and reporting solutions using the Cognos tool set.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Cognos reporting development, with exposure to version 10. Any experience on SSIS, would be a bonus.

The role is responsible for the administration of the SUEZ business intelligence solution. This includes the development of the Presentation databases (SQL Server) and Cognos models.
