As an Administrator at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

We are looking for a Communications Administrator to join our 20-strong communications team. The role is based at our newly refurbished Maidenhead head office in Berkshire, where you will be part of a close knit, supportive department where the culture is both dynamic and friendly.

One of the UK’s leading recycling and waste management companies, working at SUEZ you will be working in a highly topical and ever changing industry and will be part of a valued and diverse team.

What will I be doing?

  • Invoicing and financial administration
  • PA duties to the Director of Communications.
  • Organising departmental meetings
  • Assisting in event administration and front of house work at events.
  • Responding to incoming calls and web queries
  • Organising the department’s job log and more.

You will have the opportunity to learn about communications and marketing, input into wider projects and be part of a supportive and dynamic team. Internal promotion and development is a key part of our culture and opportunities are always there for team members with the right attitude and who show willing.

What are the requirements?

  • Understanding of financial systems, invoicing and basic budgeting
  • Event administration and front of house experience
  • Experience in minute taking and meeting organisation
  • Great organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literate, ability to use MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Educated to GCSE level - with a Grade A-C pass in both English and Maths
  • Background in administration and PA duties preferable
