As an Administrator at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

What will I be doing?

The Operations Administrator will work with the Site Manager to ensure the site complies with relevant legal, safety and environmental constraints. She/he will work as part of a small team of people to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the facilities. The Administrator will be based at the Fryers Road site but have the flexibility to work at the sister sites if required.

  • Taking phone bookings from the public
  • Entering Weighbridge tickets into Suez spreadsheet
  • Payroll
  • HR Admin, Absence, Holidays etc entered into iTrent
  • Update personnel & training records /folders
  • Suez reports
  • Recycling % Reports
  • Waste Returns
  • SPOPS orders – (Purchase Orders)
  • Assist with MEP’s – Month End Pack preparation
  • Actively get involved with the meetings
  • Site KPI reports
  • Daily updates of DRM and CSF boards
  • Incoming Utility Invoices (send front sheet for payment)
  • Production of site inputs /forecast
  • Booking material out of sites
  • County Council and other customer monthly reports and rebate updates
  • Update H&S folders
  • IRIS reporting – near miss & hazards
  • Assist Manager with site queries
  • Book site maintenance & help resolve other site issues
  • Upkeep and audits of 5s system– sort, set in order, shine, standardise, sustain
  • Any other reasonable duties required to suit the needs of the business

What are the requirements?

You will be covering a broad range of tasks, you should be enthusiastic and motivated to learn as the role progresses You will be able to demonstrate attention to detail and present work to a high standard. You will be communicating with a wide range of people at all levels so excellent communication skills are essential. You will also be able to work well as part of an existing, friendly team and be able to provide additional support within the team as required. Full training will be given and a willingness to learn is essential.

  • A flexible approach to work, including hours
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages including Power Point & Excel
