As a Customer Support Officer at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

Whenever our customers need to talk to us, you’ll be the person they speak to.

In fact, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients in your region, dealing with requests, queries and tasks large and small. At the same time, you’ll make sure that all admin is dealt with quickly and efficiently, in line with our procedures.

What will I be doing?

  • Your aim is to give every customer the best possible experience so that they’re happy with our service and loyal to SUEZ recycling and recovery UK  – helping our business to succeed and grow.
  • You’ll report to the Customer Relations Manager and be part of a friendly, close-knit team. 

What are the requirements/qualifications?

  • Clearly, you need to be good with people and happy resolving queries and problems.
  • It’s the sort of job that suits approachable, helpful people who can express themselves well. 
  • You also need to be professional and efficient – ready to deal with tasks swiftly and accurately.
  • Previous admin experience would be ideal, but it isn’t essential. What’s more important is the ability to build strong customer relationships
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of the waste management industry would be fantastic but again, this is not obligatory.
