SUEZ Water Technologies and Solutions are recruiting for a Factory Co-ordinator / Sales Order Processor to join their team in Daventry. This role helps support the wider business in sales order processing.

About the role

As a Factory Co-ordinator / Sales Order Processor you will be required to support the business and its customers in all aspects of Factory administration, plan drivers journeys and Sales Order Processing.

This role is a permanent position working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

 

What will I be doing?

As well as being accurate with data you will be communicating across various departments, directly with reps and technicians and working alongside your team members.

You will also be required to liaise with external customers so communication skills are key to this role.

What are the requirements?

The successful Sales Order Processor will be computer literate in word, excel and sage. They should be very organised and good attention to detail. A quick learner and work at speed in a fast paced environment. The role requires a sound background in English & Mathematics as figure work and accuracy is a must and customer correspondence is required. They will need to be good on the phone and have good communication skills. It is essential to be trustworthy and understand the need for confidentiality.
