About the role

You will work closely with Technical Guides, relevant regional businesses, HR Departments and Senior professionals to identify demands for technical training.

What will I be doing?

  • As an Operations and Maintenance and BOO ( Build Own Operative ) Development Leader at SUEZ Water Technologies and Solutions UK, you’ll be part of a team that provides a holistic service in the water industry. We are committed to helping customers reduce their impact on the environment.
  • The role can be based anywhere in the UK or mainland Europe but requires regular travel across the continent. It is to promote the sharing of best practices and enhance/drive the performance of O&M contracts within Europe. It also requires the focus on value capture across all functions of the ES EU Organisation
  • You will focus on driving a collaborative culture of sharing knowledge, sharing solutions and best practice that can be accessed by service personnel in any location.
  • You will play a key role in developing a global strategy for the improvement of existing water and wastewater processes within the ES Services Business.

What are the requirements?

  • You are fluent French and English, both written and verbal, with at least 5 years of experience in the Water Industry and good Knowledge of Operations and Maintenance services.
  • You should have good leadership, interpersonal, networking and presentation skills with an engaging, resourceful and collaborative nature.
