As a Data Architect at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

About the role

The Data Architects role will be based at our Head Office in Maidenhead and reports into the Enterprise Architect. You will be responsible for the Data elements of the MIS strategy for SUEZ R&R UK, including a 5 year Technical Roadmap.

What will I be doing?

The Data Architect is also responsible for managing the business intelligence team and provide technical leadership and advice to both internal teams and clients. You will have the overall responsibility in how our company data will be stored, consumed, integrated and managed by different data entities and IT systems.

What are the requirements?

The Data architect is required to have excellent knowledge with regards to enterprise data management including:

  • Togaf (the open group architecture Framework)
  • Data modelling
  • systems integration (an API-led SOA approach)
  •  business intelligence Tools
  • ETL extranet transform load
  • Data warehousing
  • Analytics
  • Visualisation tools
  • Big data
  • Predictive analysis
