Do you have administration or cost control experience? You can help create a greener UK

About the role

A greener, more environmentally-friendly UK is possible – and we’re making it happen. As a Cost Control Administrator at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

What will I be doing?

Your task will be to make sure that purchasing and invoicing at the Eco Park Surrey runs like clockwork. You’ll also check that management systems for our weighbridge are working as they should. That means you’ll be doing everything from checking weighbridge tickets and reporting daily tonnages, to raising customer invoices and handling ordering, payment and invoicing for any goods or services that we need. You’ll be tracking spending against our budgets and preparing reports on our performance.

What are the requirements?

Organised and IT-literate, you’ll be used to using Microsoft Office software, you may even have experience with Microsoft Sharepoint. You can draw on a qualification in Business Administration or previous administrative experience. Now you’re ready to use this knowledge and expertise at a business that’s changing the way we deal with waste and making a difference to the planet.
