About the role

As an Office Manager at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established recycling and recovery company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

What will I be doing?

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Office Manager will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative support for the plant and the Senior Management team.

Key responsibilities include building professional client relationships and excellent communications with both internal and external customers. You will handle all correspondence, enquiries and telephone calls in an efficient manner. The successful candidate will also manage the office facilities on site to ensure equipment and resources are available and the administrative function runs smoothly.

What are the requirements?

Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, have the ability to prioritise and work on several different tasks. You will be part of a small team so the successful candidate must be able to manage a wide range of administrative duties including ordering and payments process for goods and services, invoicing, emails, collating monthly reports. A financial background would also be an advantage.  

Candidates will require excellent IT skills including word and excel, you may even have experience with Microsoft Sharepoint..

Therefore, experience of running an administration department in a commercial environment would be a distinct advantage.
