As a general administrator at SUEZ, recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established recycling and recovery company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

What will I be doing?

Working as part of a busy supportive team within the company, we are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator with Credit Control experience to join the team.

you will be required to complete the following tasks;

• To deal with customer’s queries over the telephone professionally and efficiently

• To liaise with customers in writing when necessary (by letter, fax or e-mail.)

• To communicate effectively with all departments.

• To work effectively with the other members of your team

• Checking work completed.

• filing paperwork when needed

• This list is not exclusive or exhaustive.

Previous experience with Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and powerpoint.

What are the requirements?

The successful candidate will have strong IT skills including excel and Microsoft word.

Being highly organised with excellent customer services skills are essential as well as being a team player and working from their own initiative.

Credit control experience would be a huge plus

Having previous experience dealing with customers would be advantageous as well as working in a busy working environment.
