As a Weighbridge Operator at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

The Role

  • This position is a Permanent position
  • The working hours are 25 per week Monday - Friday, on a rotating basis with week 1 being 08:00 – 13:00 and 2eek 2 12:30 – 17:00, with the occasional Saturday morning.
  • The pay rate for this role is £8.69 per hour
What will I be doing?

What will I be doing as a Weighbridge Operator?

  • Maintaining accurate records of weights for material coming in and out of the site.
  • To deliver outstanding front line customer service.
  • Contribute to the control of visitor access to site.
  • To work as part of a team to maintain an efficient and cost effective operation.
  • Ensuring that SUEZ complies fully with its legal duties in respect of the health, safety and welfare of its employees.
  • Any other duties that are reasonably requested within the scope of the job role.
What are the requirements?

What are the requirements? (Experience and qualifications)

The applicant must be self-motivated and have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. A flexible approach to work will be advantageous as you will be expected to cover for holidays and sick days as required. You will possess sound I.T skills with a firm understanding of Microsoft applications including word and excel.
